Dongseo Foods Holds Consumer-Centered Management Declaration Ceremony At the Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) declaration ceremony held on the 28th at Dongseo Building in Mapo-gu, Seoul, Lee Kwang-bok, President of Dongseo Foods (right), is presenting the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) appointment certificate to Park Young-soon, Executive Director of Dongseo Foods (left).


[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Coffee specialty company Dongseo Food announced on the 28th that it held a Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) introduction ceremony at the Dongseo Building in Mapo-gu, Seoul, and will further strengthen its customer-centered management system.


Consumer-Centered Management is a nationally certified system that evaluates whether a company organizes and improves all management activities centered on consumers to protect consumer rights. It is operated by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified every two years by the Fair Trade Commission.


At the ceremony, Park Young-soon, Marketing Executive Director, was appointed as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), and the Consumer-Centered Management declaration was announced. Through the declaration, Dongseo Food resolved to adhere to the principle of placing customers at the center of all management activities and providing products and services that satisfy consumers.


A Dongseo Food official said, “Dongseo Food has prioritized customer satisfaction as its highest value for over 50 years and has strived to offer the best products and services,” adding, “We plan to continue reflecting diverse customer voices throughout management to enhance consumer satisfaction and corporate competitiveness in a rapidly changing market environment.”
