According to the Blue House, President Moon received a report from National Security Office Director Suh Hoon on the morning of the same day regarding the situation of North Korea's missile launch and the results of the National Security Council (NSC) Standing Committee meeting. He instructed, "Analyze comprehensively and thoroughly North Korea's recent statements and missile launch situation and prepare countermeasures."
The government held an emergency NSC Standing Committee meeting from 8:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. today to discuss countermeasures related to North Korea's missile launches.
