First Rendering Image Released
[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Cha] The Samsung tablet PC 'Galaxy Tab A8,' set to be released this year, is expected to feature a 10.5-inch screen and support a 7040mAh battery.
IT specialized media 91mobiles reported this on the 27th (local time) and revealed the first rendering images created in collaboration with the famous IT tipster Steve McFly. The A8 is the successor to the 'Galaxy Tab A7,' but the exact release date is yet to be determined.
According to the detailed specifications released this time, the A8 will offer a TFT display, Unisoc processor, and up to 128GB of storage capacity. It will be available in three colors: Gold, Silver, and Gray.
It features a 10.5-inch TFT display (1920×1200) with a 60Hz refresh rate and is powered by the Unisoc T618 processor. The capacity options are expected to be 3GB RAM with 32GB internal memory, 4GB RAM with 64GB, and 4GB RAM with 128GB.
The rear of the device is estimated to have an 8-megapixel (MP) camera, while the front is equipped with a 5MP sensor for selfies and video chatting. The battery capacity is expected to remain the same as its predecessor at 7040mAh.
The design is a rectangular form factor, with twin speaker grills and a microphone positioned at the top. The bottom is expected to house two speakers, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
