Among these, the 'non-regulated metropolitan area' units are 'Yangpyeong Woobang IU Shell Eco River,' 'Paju Munsan Station 2nd Dongmoon The East,' and 'Incheon Ganghwa Seohui Starhills 1 and 2 Complexes.'
On the 29th of this month, SM Woobang Industry will accept first-priority applications for 'Yangpyeong Woobang IU Shell Eco River,' supplied in the area of 24-1 Byeongsan-ri, Gangsang-myeon, Yangpyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province. The complex consists of 3 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 18 above-ground floors, with a total of 219 households of exclusive areas 77 and 108㎡. All types feature a 'ㄷ-shaped' kitchen designed to enhance kitchen workflow efficiency, and various free items are provided when the balcony is extended. A fixed contract deposit of 5 million KRW (first payment) and a 60% interest-deferred installment payment benefit are offered. All household heads and members aged 19 or older residing in the metropolitan area with a subscription period of 12 months or more for the subscription savings account are eligible to apply. There is no restriction on re-winning, and resale of the pre-sale rights is allowed six months after the tenant selection date.
On the same day, Dongmoon Construction will accept first-priority applications for 'Paju Munsan Station 2nd Dongmoon The East,' supplied in the area of 878-1 Seonyu-ri, Munsan-eup, Paju-si, Gyeonggi Province. The complex consists of 15 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,503 households of exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡. The complex offers direct access to Seoul via National Route 1 nearby, and it takes about 30 minutes to Seoul via the Seoul-Munsan Expressway, which opened at the end of last year.
Seohui Construction will also conduct first-priority applications for the 1st and 2nd complexes of 'Incheon Ganghwa Seohui Starhills' in the Chang-ri area, Seonwon-myeon, Ganghwa-gun, Incheon on the same day. The complexes consist of 18 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,324 households, of which 457 households excluding union member units are available for general sale. The first-priority applications for both complexes will be held on the same day.
