SK Magic Receives Top Evaluation for 'Water Quality Analysis' Capability

SK Magic Environmental Analysis Center Selected as Top Analysis Institution for 'Drinking Water International Proficiency' for 3 Consecutive Years

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] SK Magic (CEO Yoon Yo-seop) announced on the 27th that its Environmental Analysis Center was selected as the best analysis institution for three consecutive years in the international proficiency testing for drinking water organized by the Environmental Resource Association (ERA) in the United States.

The international proficiency test is an internationally accredited evaluation program conducted annually by ERA, a global proficiency test operating organization. Approximately 200 analysis institutions worldwide participated in this test, comprehensively evaluating the reliability and accuracy of the data.

SK Magic Environmental Analysis Center participated in the drinking water field in this evaluation and received the highest grade of "Satisfactory" in all 17 evaluation items, including 5 types of heavy metals, 4 types of anions, 5 types of organic compounds, and 3 general items, proving its world-class measurement and analysis capabilities for drinking water quality inspection.

As an environmental technology research institute, the Environmental Analysis Center is a "Certified Institution for Drinking Water Quality Inspection" designated by the Ministry of Environment's Hangang River Basin Environmental Office and first opened its factory in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province in 2019. It performs the role of a certified institution for water quality inspection of drinking water, bottled water, groundwater, and raw water sources, while also participating in the analysis of water quality and environmental hazardous substances as well as the development of various hygiene-related technologies and products.
