Changwon City Holds 'The City I Want to Live In, Asking Youth' Contest... A Foundation for Demand-Centered Policy Development Poster for the contest "The City I Want to Live In, Asking the Youth" in Changwon-si, Gyeongnam.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Changwon City, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 24th that it will hold a contest titled "The City I Want to Live In, Asking the Youth" to develop youth-oriented policies that reflect actual demand.


The schedule runs from the 27th to October 29th, and anyone aged 19 to 34 under the "Youth Basic Act" can participate regardless of their place of residence.


The contest covers eight areas: economy, jobs, education, housing, culture, welfare, health, and safety.


Applicants must complete the proposal form attached to the announcement and submit it via the city hall website, mail, or in person.


The city will award prizes after review by the relevant departments, external experts, and citizens, including a grand prize of 1,000,000 KRW, an excellence award of 500,000 KRW, and a merit award of 300,000 KRW.


Im Seong-woon, Director of City Innovation, said, "Through this contest, we will discover creative and diverse ideas from the youth and promote policies that resonate with them."
