The mobile smart delegation service allows beneficiaries to designate an agent in advance via mobile, enabling the agent to visit the customer plaza and conveniently handle tasks without needing a power of attorney or a certificate of seal impression.
Previously, to delegate insurance tasks, the principal had to prepare a power of attorney, obtain a certificate of seal impression or a certificate of personal signature verification, and then the agent had to submit these documents at the customer plaza, which was cumbersome.
An agent with smart delegation can visit Kyobo Life Insurance’s customer plaza to handle tasks such as general insurance claim applications, insurance contract loans, contract cancellations, partial withdrawals, and registration or changes to automatic transfer services. The scope of tasks applicable to smart delegation will be gradually expanded in the future.
The mobile smart delegation service is available for up to 5 business days from the date of application and will be automatically canceled afterward. The principal can also directly cancel the smart delegation application.
The smart submission service for required documents is a service that allows customers to easily submit necessary documents via a personalized mobile URL when handling insurance tasks through the call center. When a customer consults by phone for insurance cancellation, survival insurance claim applications, or tax refunds such as miscellaneous income tax or pension income tax, the call center sends a mobile notification message guiding the required documents for the relevant financial transaction.
Customers can click ‘Confirm Registration of Required Documents’ in the notification message, complete identity verification, and easily and conveniently submit the required documents. Documents can be attached after taking photos. Submitted documents are reviewed for appropriateness and payment processing proceeds immediately thereafter.
