This feature helps users monitor their daily step count to maintain their health while easily subscribing to the car insurance 'Step Count Discount Special Contract.'
KB Insurance launched the Step Count Discount Special Contract, a healthcare-type eco-friendly car insurance rider, in July. For policyholders with Named Insured Limitation or Couple Limitation riders, if they achieve more than 5,000 steps per day on at least 50 days within 90 days from the insurance application date, they receive a 3% discount on their car insurance premium (cannot be combined with the Public Transportation Use Discount Rider).
Recently, with the increase in remote work reducing public transportation use and personal car mileage, customers who subscribe to both the Mileage Discount Rider and the Step Count Discount Special Contract can enjoy health management benefits along with additional insurance premium discounts.
