Dongmoon Construction announced on the 24th that it will launch the online model house for the apartment complex 'Pyeongtaek Jije Station Dongmoon The East,' located in Block 5 of Sinchon District, Chilwon-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do.
Pyeongtaek Jije Station Dongmoon The East consists of 12 buildings with 2 basement floors and 27 above-ground floors, totaling 741 units, all with a exclusive area of 84㎡. The unit types are △84㎡A with 562 units △84㎡B with 148 units △84㎡C with 18 units △84㎡D with 13 units.
Applications will be accepted starting with special supply on October 5th (Tuesday), followed by first priority for the relevant area on the 6th (Wednesday), first priority for other areas on the 7th (Thursday), and second priority on the 8th (Friday). Pyeongtaek City is a nationwide subscription area under the 'Special Act on Support for Pyeongtaek City, etc., due to the Relocation of U.S. Military Bases,' so anyone who meets the eligibility requirements can apply for first priority regardless of residence. Among the units for sale, 75% of the winners will be selected based on points, and 25% by lottery. The winners will be announced on October 15th (Friday), and the official contract period will be held for five days from October 26th (Tuesday) to 30th (Saturday).

The complex is close to Pyeongtaek Jije Station on Subway Line 1 and SRT, allowing travel to Gangnam Suseo in about 20 minutes by SRT. The area is well connected by major roads such as the Gyeongbu Expressway, Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway, National Route 1, and National Route 45, enabling quick access to Seoul and surrounding cities. Nearby, the Suwon-origin KTX direct connection project, which links Seojeong-ri Station on National Rail Line 1 to Pyeongtaek Jije Station over a total length of 9.4 km, and the Pyeongtaek East Expressway (scheduled for completion in 2024) are planned, further improving transportation convenience.
Industrial complexes such as Pyeongtaek Chilgoe General Industrial Complex, Pyeongtaek Comprehensive Logistics Complex, and Anseong Wongok General Industrial Complex are also located nearby. The Ssangyong Motor site adjacent to the area saw Pyeongtaek City sign a business agreement with Ssangyong Motor in July for the relocation of the Pyeongtaek factory and development of the current site, with high potential for diverse future development. The Samsung Semiconductor Pyeongtaek Campus, the world's largest semiconductor production base reachable within 10 minutes by car, began operating its P2 plant in 2018, and construction of the P3 plant is underway, aiming for completion in the second half of 2022.
The model house for Pyeongtaek Jije Station Dongmoon The East is located in the Pyeongtaek area, and move-in is scheduled for February 2024.
