Disney Unveils New Content to Celebrate 'Disney Plus Day'

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] The Walt Disney Company announced on the 23rd that it will hold a global celebration event on November 12th to mark 'Disney+ Day.'

On Disney+, a special preview video will be released featuring new content from core brands such as Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and Star, which is available in some countries, along with upcoming releases. In particular, on November 12th, Disney+ will expand its launch in the Asia-Pacific region and increase engagement with new fans worldwide.

Additionally, to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of Disney+ launch, Disney will present large-scale promotions across various business sectors. First, blue carpets will be rolled out at Disney parks and resorts worldwide, as well as on Disney Cruise Line, offering unforgettable experiences for Disney+ fans including commemorative photo opportunities and character appearances.

Special promotions will also be held at the official Disney online store. Popular series, programs, and cast members from Walt Disney Company-owned channels such as ABC, Disney Channel, ESPN, ESPN+, Freeform, FX, Hulu, and National Geographic will also participate in this commemorative event.
