In this recruitment, a total of 00 people will be selected for the ▲Sales Management ▲Strategic Planning ▲Product Operation ▲Finance Support ▲Specialized (IT, Logistics, Design) positions. Applicants must be graduates or expected graduates (February 2022) of a four-year university, or those with equivalent academic qualifications. Applications can be submitted through the "Apply" tab on the recruitment website, and the deadline is October 7.
The recruitment process includes document screening, AI competency test, first interview, second interview, on-site training, and final admission. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the AI competency test and first interview will be conducted remotely, and the on-site training will take place for about five days in November.
BGF Retail will actively seek local talent by holding on-site recruitment briefings in collaboration with local universities. The briefings will start at Jeju National University on the 27th, followed by Chonnam National University and Chosun University on the 28th, and Jeonbuk National University and Wonkwang University on the 29th. On the 24th, an IT position recruitment briefing for Samsung Youth Software Academy students will be held via live broadcast on YouTube.
