Special Exhibition on SSG.com for One Week Starting from the 27th
[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] Shinsegae Department Store announced on the 23rd that it will hold a 'Trend Fair' on SSG.com for one week starting from the 27th, offering up to 45% discounts on over 40 new fashion and accessory brands.
The products are from excellent brands carefully selected by Shinsegae at the '2021 Trend Fair' hosted by the Korea Fashion Industry Association on the 1st and 2nd of this month. For emerging designers, this presents a new opportunity to expand sales channels by meeting department store customers, and for department store customers, it will be a chance to discover new brands they have not encountered before.
Among these brands, 'Greadious' is characterized by eye-catching prints and styles. It is one of the K-fashion brands gaining attention not only in Korea but also in the global market, worn by world-famous celebrities such as Paris Hilton and Beyonc?.
The women's contemporary brands 'MoaMoa' and 'Preno Seoul' were introduced through the Gyeonggi Fashion Creation Studio and the '2021 Seoul Fashion Week,' and are gaining popularity on various online platforms.
Additionally, customers can find women's wear brand 'Rii,' accessory brand 'LWL,' and men's wear brand 'Secondary Legend.'
Shinsegae has been continuously supporting the discovery and nurturing of new fashion and accessory brands, as well as the co-growth of small and medium fashion enterprises.
In April this year, Shinsegae discovered new fashion and accessory brands operated by small and medium enterprises such as 'Red Wing Boots' and 'George Cleverley Shoes,' held a special exhibition on SSG.com, and introduced excellent brands through pop-up stores on the 5th floor 'Style Bazaar' of Shinsegae Gangnam Store, allowing department store customers to meet them offline as well.
In June, to help domestic small and medium fashion companies struggling with inventory clearance, Shinsegae held 'Korea Fashion Market Season 3' at Gangnam Store, Centum City Store, Daegu Shinsegae, and Gwangju Shinsegae.
Im Hoon, Head of Sales at Shinsegae Department Store, said, "We planned this exhibition to nurture emerging designer brands seeking to expand sales channels and to introduce new brands," adding, "We will continue to discover special content that leads customer lifestyles and promotes mutual growth."
