Confirmed cases related to manufacturing in Gwangsan-gu have continued for three days, with three additional cases (4687, 4692, 4697) reported that day.
Since case number 4613 was first confirmed on the 19th, the spread has continued mainly among employees who worked together. Most are foreigners from Vietnam, Indonesia, Russia, etc., and the total related confirmed cases have increased to 27.
Regarding the logistics center located in Gwangsan-gu, there were four cases (4691, 4693, 4694, 4695), with a cumulative total of 69 infections so far.
There are nine cases related to previously confirmed patients. Among them, case 4676, residing in Gwangsan-gu, was confirmed the day before, followed by three additional infections (4698, 4699, 4708). The index patient’s infection route is currently unknown.
Six cases were related to confirmed patients from other cities and provinces, including Seo-gu in Incheon, Nowon-gu in Seoul, and Mapo-gu in Seoul.
Five cases (4689, 4700, 4704, 4707, 4709) are currently under investigation regarding their infection routes.
By age group, the 20s, who have a wide range of activities, accounted for the highest number with 10 cases, followed by seven cases in their 40s, and four cases in their teens.
