Goodoc has introduced various services every year to minimize medical gaps that occur during holiday periods such as traditional holidays.

This year, the company announced that considering various variables such as COVID-19, it plans to further improve medical accessibility during the Chuseok holiday period through ▲ real-time search for open hospitals and pharmacies ▲ non-face-to-face medical consultations ▲ prescription drug delivery services.

Patients who wish to receive non-face-to-face medical consultations during the holiday period can enter their symptoms in the ‘Non-face-to-face Medical Consultation Service’ menu located at the top area within the ‘Goodoc’ app service, which will lead them to registration at hospitals available for non-face-to-face consultations.

The company expects that since the non-face-to-face medical consultation service is provided for symptoms such as high fever and body aches after recent COVID-19 vaccinations, as well as anaphylaxis caused by bee stings during holiday grave trimming, and is followed by prescription drug delivery services, medical accessibility for emergency patients can be significantly improved during the holiday period when hospital visits are somewhat limited.
