[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Mobile financial service Toss is conducting large-scale tech recruitment in line with the company's growth. On the 17th, it announced that Toss CEO Seunggun Lee will personally participate in a live broadcast to communicate with prospective applicants for this recruitment.
The live broadcast related to Toss recruitment is scheduled for the 28th, where CEO Lee and current team members will share not only the recruitment process but also the working methods and vision. In the first part, current team members will discuss "Toss acceptance tips & pre-submitted question answers from Toss team members," and in the second part, CEO Lee will talk about "Toss's dream & pre-submitted question answers by Leader Seunggun."
CEO Lee is expected to explain various topics including Toss's vision and goals, team growth, and personal career development opportunities that come along. Applications for the live broadcast can be submitted on the recruitment website until the 27th, and applicants will receive a connection link via text message on the day of the broadcast.
On the same day, Toss opened its recruitment website and is hiring over 100 talents for 37 positions including engineering, data, infrastructure, security, and design.
This recruitment is organized to quickly fill experts in each field as Toss grows into a leading fintech company in Korea. Although Toss has conducted large-scale recruitment annually, the demand for talent recruitment has continued due to Toss's growth speed. As of the end of 2017, the Toss community (Toss and affiliates) had about 120 members, but as of this month, it has significantly increased to 1,260 members. Even in the first nine months of this year, more than 700 people have been hired within the Toss community.
