Amway Korea Introduces 'Consumer-Centered Management (CCM)'... [Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] Amway Korea, celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, is further strengthening its customer-centric management strategy.


Amway Korea announced on the 17th that on the 16th, it held a 'Consumer Centered Management (CCM) Declaration Ceremony' at its headquarters in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, attended by CEO Bae Soo-jung and other key executives.


Consumer Centered Management (CCM) is a system that evaluates whether all activities carried out by a company are structured and continuously improved from the consumer's perspective. It is operated by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified by the Fair Trade Commission.


Amway Korea has resolved to continuously strengthen customer-centric management through the organic operation of the newly established 'Customer Experience Management Committee' and a task force (TF)-style dedicated working team. Kang Young-jae, Executive Director and Chief Experience Officer (CXO), was appointed as the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) to lead these organizations.


Bae Soo-jung, CEO of Amway Korea, said, "The reason Amway has been able to lead the industry and achieve good results in the Korean market over the past 30 years is that a customer-centric mindset has firmly taken root throughout management. Taking this opportunity to introduce Consumer Centered Management, we will focus more on the future growth strategy, the 'Amway Flywheel,' based on the trust of business operators and consumers."


Currently, Amway Korea operates a 'Consumer Satisfaction Guarantee System' that allows returns, exchanges, and refunds within three months of product purchase upon request. It continues its consumer-oriented management approach through certifications such as the Customer Satisfaction Management System (ISO10002), Quality Management System (ISO9001), and Environmental Management System (ISO14001:2015).
