[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Umirin is entering Jinju City, Gyeongnam Province. ‘Shin Jinju Station Umirin,’ located in the Shin Jinju Station area urban development district, is about to be launched for sale.

‘Shin Jinju Station Umirin’ is situated in Block B1 of the Shin Jinju Station area in Jinju City. It will be developed into a complex of 13 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 828 households of 84, 116, and 128㎡ units.

The Shin Jinju Station area urban development project, where this complex is being built, is a station area development project around KTX Jinju Station. It is being developed as a mixed residential complex harmonizing residential, commercial, park, and school infrastructure. Once completed, it is expected to become a new residential town in Jinju City.
