[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Students from the College of Design at Dongseo University won the Grand Prize in the video category at the 4th Korea Gas Corporation Promotional Content Contest. They received a prize of 3 million won.
The winners are Kang Dong-ho and Kim Hanna from the College of Design.
Korea Gas Corporation has held this contest annually since 2018 to discover promotional content ideas from the public and expand opportunities for communication with citizens.
This contest was held under the theme "Please introduce Korea Gas Corporation in an easy and fun way," with image and video categories.
Through expert judging (50%), public voting (30%), and Korea Gas Corporation employees' evaluation (20%), a total of 36 outstanding works were selected from 302 submissions.
The Grand Prize-winning work by the Dongseo University team was titled "Drawing a Green Future with KOGAS." It depicted the efforts of Korea Gas Corporation and related personnel working hard to deliver energy safely to households for a comfortable and healthy life.
The vision 2030 of Korea Gas Corporation and KOGAS was expressed in an easy, fun way using motion graphics.
Kang Dong-ho said, "We carefully understood the contest's purpose and prepared without deviating from the theme, focusing on conveying meaning rather than flashy graphics," adding, "I am happy to have grown through preparing for this contest."
