Deloitte Reports $50 Billion Revenue for Fiscal Year 2021, Up 5.5% Year-on-Year

[Asia Economy Reporter Jihwan Park] Deloitte Global reported revenue of $50.2 billion (approximately 58.41 trillion KRW) for its fiscal year. By region, the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region showed the fastest growth, followed by Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Deloitte Korea Group announced on the 13th that Deloitte's total fiscal year revenue reached $50.2 billion (approximately 58.41 trillion KRW) for the fiscal year 2021, which ended in late May. This represents a 5.5% increase compared to the previous year.

By business segment, financial advisory services showed the highest growth at 12.9%. This was followed by audit services (6.1%), risk advisory services (5.6%), consulting services (5%), and tax advisory services (2.3%). By region, the Asia-Pacific region recorded the fastest growth at 14%, followed by Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at 11.3%.

Along with this earnings announcement, Deloitte also released the ‘Global Impact Report’ focused on ESG management. This report includes an ESG report disclosing key achievements in education, diversity, equity, inclusion, and the environment. It also revealed that Deloitte’s social impact investment for the 2021 fiscal year reached $223 million (approximately 259.5 billion KRW).
