[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Province has started providing services for provincial land information maps and agricultural product production maps through the real estate information site 'Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal' from the 9th.
The provincial land information map is a service that allows users to check the status of provincial assets (land) owned by Gyeonggi Province on a map. Residents can identify available idle land and find contact information for the departments responsible for leasing inquiries.
On the Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal, by clicking 'Map Service → Parcel Information → Provincial Land Information' and then selecting the city/county/district and town/village/neighborhood, users can view the list of provincial lands.
Provincial lands available for lease are marked in red, while those currently leased are marked in blue.
In the provincial land list, users can directly check the contact details of the city or county department responsible for leasing the respective parcel. Additionally, by clicking the 'Comprehensive Information' button, detailed information about the parcel can be viewed.
The agricultural product production map reflects the research results of the 'Gyeonggi Province Agricultural Product Production and Demand Matching Status' conducted by the Gyeonggi Agricultural Research and Extension Services. It publicly provides an easy-to-understand map service showing the mismatch status between production and demand of agricultural products within the province.
For example, users can check the cultivation distribution status of rice, soybeans, perilla, dried chili peppers, sweet potatoes, pears, ginseng, grapes, spinach, and corn, which occupy large cultivation areas in the province, on the map.
In particular, the service provides information on regions where these crops are intensively cultivated (hotspot areas) and regions with low cultivation concentration (coldspot areas).
Furthermore, the map service shows the top 10 agricultural products with shortages in school meals within the province?carrots, potatoes, radishes, onions, apples, garlic, melons, cabbage, green onions, and grapes?highlighting areas with high demand (hotspot demand areas) and areas with high production of these items (hotspot production areas).
The Gyeonggi Real Estate Portal is a site that allows convenient access to real estate information in Gyeonggi Province and opened in February 2011. Currently, it provides customized services including ▲real transaction prices ▲comprehensive parcel information ▲various development information such as housing site development and urban regeneration ▲aerial cadastral maps ▲road name address maps, among others.
