[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] SPC Samlip has launched the ‘Geurik Schwein Gift Set’ and ‘Bizeun Gift Set.’

The well-made deli meat brand ‘Geurik Schwein’ released gift sets consisting of four types, including the ‘Geurik Schwein Canned Ham’ gift set made from low-temperature aged pork front and hind legs, and a complex gift set mixed with grape seed oil, whole pepper, and more.

The ‘Animal Welfare Pork Ham Gift Set’ uses canned ham made only from less than 1% of animal welfare pigs raised healthily on animal welfare certified farms in Korea, containing more than 90% pork.

Additionally, SPC Samlip’s rice cake franchise ‘Bizeun’ introduced 21 types of Chuseok gift sets. The Bizeun Chuseok gift sets are available in various price ranges from 10,000 KRW to 100,000 KRW, including the ‘Songpyeon Set’ and ‘Hangwa Set.’ The ‘Songpyeon Set’ includes songpyeon made with ramie, pumpkin, purple sweet potato, acorn, and popular Bizeun products such as glutinous rice cakes and manjoo. Five-colored ‘Osaek Songpyeon’ made with domestic rice and ‘Mosileaf Songpyeon’ filled with mild red bean paste are also sold separately in 1kg units.

Moreover, through technical collaboration with Food Artisan No. 33 Park Soon-ae, they sell ‘Gangjeong’ and ‘Yugwa,’ as well as ‘Maejakkwa,’ a hangwa resembling a sparrow’s sitting posture, included in the ‘Mokryeon Hangwa Set’ and ‘Dalmoori Hangwa Set.’ In addition, various gift sets such as ‘Yanggaeng Set,’ ‘Jeonbyeong Set,’ and ‘Manjoo Set’ are available. To conveniently prepare the ancestral rites table, products like glutinous rice sanja, yakgwa, and jeseopyeon are also prepared.
