Samsung Bespoke Jet earns 'Top Grade' for blocking fine dust particle emissions in Germany

[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyunjin] Samsung Electronics announced on the 31st that its premium cordless vacuum cleaner 'Bespoke Jet' has been recognized for its excellence in blocking fine dust and allergy-causing substance emissions by leading evaluation institutions in Europe, including Germany and the United Kingdom.

According to Samsung Electronics, SLG, a leading German testing and certification institution, recently evaluated that the Samsung Bespoke Jet blocks 99.999% of fine dust particles sized 0.5 to 4.2㎛ (micrometers) from being emitted, awarding it the highest grade of 5 stars (Excellent) for 'dust blocking capability certification.'

The Bespoke Jet is a cordless vacuum cleaner equipped with Samsung's patented 'Air Pulse' technology, which controls the motor inlet to create an air pressure difference, and the airflow generated effectively removes dust inside the dustbin. It features an integrated Clean Station with a straight dust discharge structure, allowing dust emptying and charging simultaneously.

The integrated Clean Station filters dust through three stages: ▲an antibacterial dust bag made of copper-containing antibacterial fibers that suppress bacterial growth ▲a motor filter that additionally filters dust leaking from the dust bag ▲a high-performance filter that blocks fine particles sized 0.5 to 4.2㎛, blocking 99.999% of fine dust from being re-emitted outside.

Additionally, the Samsung Bespoke Jet received certification for blocking allergy-causing substance emissions from the British Allergy Foundation (BAF). BAF grants certification to products that help improve allergy-related conditions such as rhinitis, asthma, and atopic dermatitis. The Bespoke Jet applies a five-stage fine dust emission blocking system, including Jet Cyclone and a high-performance filter, blocking not only fine dust but also allergy-causing substances such as house dust mites, dog and cat hair, and pollen.
