7-Eleven Launches Maeil Milk Premium Dessert Cake

Three types of Maeil Milk dessert cakes sold at Seven Eleven.

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Seven Eleven announced on the 31st that it will release three types of dessert cakes including milk, chocolate, and strawberry cakes in collaboration with Maeil Dairies.

The Maeil Milk Milk Cake is a product that contains plenty of fresh whipped cream made with Maeil Milk on a soft and moist white sheet. The Maeil Milk Chocolate Cake and Maeil Milk Strawberry Cake each have choco milk cream and strawberry milk cream between the choco sheet and the strawberry and white sheets, respectively.

All these products use fresh milk and whipped cream directly manufactured by Maeil Dairies, creating a premium dessert product that embodies the rich original taste of milk. The packaging design of Maeil Milk was used as is to increase consumer familiarity.

A Seven Eleven official said, “The collaboration with Maeil Milk can be seen as a formula for success as consumer response is very positive,” adding, “With accessibility and reasonable prices leading the way, convenience stores are emerging as dessert hotspots, and demand is increasing every year. This Maeil Milk cake is expected to capture the taste of young convenience store customers.”
