Cases 3899 to 3902 and 3905 are all confirmed patients with unclear infection routes. All tested positive after undergoing tests due to symptoms.

Case 3898 is known to be the younger sibling of a student at a high school in Seo-gu where recent confirmed cases have occurred. In total, 11 people related to the high school, including 9 students and 2 family members, have tested positive.

Case 3903 was confirmed to have had contact with case 3886, who tested positive the previous day. The infection route of case 3886 is currently under investigation.

Case 3904 is related to a medical institution located in Gwangsan-gu, and case 3906 is linked to Jeonbuk case 3223.
