[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Coupang Marketplace announced on the 24th that it has launched the Coupang WING Seller Center app, a mobile application that allows sellers to easily manage their business.
With the newly released mobile app, Coupang Marketplace sellers can conveniently handle all business-related tasks, from product management, price management, order and delivery management, to customer management. The Coupang WING Seller Center mobile app is currently available on Android, with the iOS version to be released later.
The mobile app version also includes various convenience features designed for easy and intuitive use by sellers. While the previous web version required sellers to frequently log into the WING program to check customer orders, the new 'My Business Status Alert' feature added to the mobile app enables efficient response to business changes.
For new customer orders, alerts sound every hour to allow quick processing, and the 'Price Change Alert' notifies sellers promptly of product price fluctuations. Tapping the alert on mobile takes users directly to the app for immediate review and action.
Coupang plans to provide various support activities to help beginner sellers starting online sales, solo sellers struggling to enter the online market, and small to medium sellers grow rapidly.
Dan Wright, VP of Coupang Marketplace Business, said, "The Coupang WING Seller Center mobile app focuses on enhancing sellers' operational efficiency and allowing them to concentrate more on their business," adding, "We plan to continue offering various support so that sellers can meet more customers and grow bigger through Coupang."
