ASML Korea will conduct open recruitment for the second half of this year from August 30 to September 13, and at the same time, from August 23 to September 30, it will run a non-face-to-face digital brand campaign called 'Inside Everywhere.'
The open recruitment targets engineering majors holding bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degrees. Final candidates will be selected through document screening and interviews. Successful applicants will be responsible for various technical tasks such as operation, installation, and maintenance of ASML equipment after joining, and will receive related training, support for growth as industry experts, and various benefits. Work locations include four sites: Hwaseong, Icheon, Pyeongtaek, and Cheongju.
ASML Korea currently employs about 1,500 employees and executives. Thanks to the growing demand from domestic companies due to the semiconductor industry's growth, it recruited more than 150 new personnel in the first half of this year. In this second half recruitment, it plans to hire over 100 engineers.
ASML has also prepared various non-face-to-face sessions so that applicants can better understand the company. Sessions such as 'Career Talk,' where engineers and HR representatives introduce the company and answer questions, and 'Lab Tour,' where master's and doctoral candidates can seek advice and consultation from field engineers about practical work, are prepared.
The simultaneously conducted campaign is a digital brand campaign that allows experiencing ASML's core technology in the form of AR (augmented reality). By accessing the campaign's dedicated site via QR code or URL input on a mobile device, anyone can easily participate remotely from anywhere nationwide. Not only job seekers wishing to join ASML but also the general public interested in ASML technology can easily access the site to learn about ASML and check second-half recruitment information through the 'Receive Recruitment News' menu.
The campaign slogan 'Inside Everywhere' means that ASML's technology 'exists everywhere in our daily lives.' Through two game-like challenges, participants learn about ASML's technology present everywhere in daily life, and upon completing the challenges, they receive a 'Tech Insider' pass, signifying a perfect understanding of ASML technology. A special event is also held, where 60 participants are selected by lottery to receive a small ASML kit.
