According to the semi-annual report disclosed by CJ ENM on the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 17th, PD Na received a total compensation of 1.081 billion KRW in the first half of this year. This includes a salary of 150 million KRW and a bonus of 931 million KRW.

Next, Vice Chairwoman Lee Mi-kyung received a total compensation of 1 billion KRW, and Chairman Lee Jae-hyun received 900 million KRW. PD Shin Won-ho, well known for the 'Reply' and 'Hospital Playlist' series, received 777 million KRW.

PD Na Youngseok rose to fame as a 'star PD' with the KBS variety program '1 Night 2 Days' and transferred to CJ E&M in January 2013. Since then, he has hit the jackpot with every program he directed, including 'Grandpas Over Flowers', 'Three Meals a Day', 'New Journey to the West', and 'Youn's Kitchen', establishing himself as a flagship PD of tvN. This year, he continued his popularity by directing 'The Devil Wears Jungnam', 'Business Trip Fifteen Nights', and 'Don't Look Back'.

Meanwhile, PD Na was the fifth highest paid at CJ ENM last year with 1.229 billion KRW. At that time, Vice Chairwoman Lee Mi-kyung received the highest compensation of 2.976 billion KRW combining salary and bonus, and Chairman Lee Jae-hyun received 2.862 billion KRW. In the first half of this year, it was revealed that Vice Chairwoman Lee Mi-kyung and Chairman Lee Jae-hyun received only their salaries without bonuses.

CJ ENM explained, "Based on payment criteria, we reflected content production performance according to quantitative measurement indicators such as sales and operating profit of the business division, viewership ratings, topicality, and content sales of the produced content." They also stated, "We conducted a comprehensive evaluation including work expertise, coaching of PD positions, and contribution to the business."
