The recruitment briefing session was organized to help understand the '2021 Second Half Developer Open Recruitment' and introduced a live commerce format. The broadcast concept is 'Selling Gmarket's jobs,' utilizing the format of Gmarket's representative entertainment-style live broadcast 'Jangsa-ui Sindong' (The Prodigy of Commerce).
The session will be hosted by Junho Lee, a show host appearing on Jangsa-ui Sindong, with Gmarket's HR managers and developers directly participating to explain the recruitment process, job introductions, and company vision. Reflecting the characteristics of the MZ generation, a chat-based real-time Q&A session will also be conducted. The company explained that small events such as quizzes will be held to maintain communication in a relaxed atmosphere.
The live commerce recruitment briefing will be held for about one hour starting at 5 PM on the 13th, and anyone interested can participate. To join, access the Gmarket website or mobile app, and the link can also be found through the recruitment site.

Meanwhile, Gmarket has doubled the scale of this second half developer open recruitment compared to previous years. The recruitment fields include a total of 27 positions in development and technical roles such as ▲Frontend (FE) ▲Backend (BE) ▲Platform ▲System ▲Application ▲Data ▲Security. Applicants should have 3 to 8 years of practical experience in related fields, and applications can be submitted through the official Gmarket recruitment site until the 19th.
