[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Shin Dong-ho] Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Seo Dae-seok) announced on the 6th that it is recruiting candidates for the ‘Small Business Hope Guide Support Project’ to provide practical assistance to small business owners facing difficulties.
This project aims to revitalize stores by diagnosing the business conditions of small business owners in Seo-gu through experts in various fields such as store management, marketing, taxation, and accounting, and providing up to 2 million KRW per store for business environment improvement costs.
Applications are open until the 26th. Applicants can download the ‘Small Business Hope Guide Support Project’ application form posted in the announcement section on the Seo-gu Office website, fill it out, and submit it via email or by visiting the Economic Division.
Seo-gu has additionally allocated a budget of 45 million KRW to expand support for small business owners struggling due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic through this project.
Meanwhile, a total of 13 small business stores were selected and supported in the first half of this year’s project.
