To this end, a full survey of locally produced goods will be conducted, and within the limits that do not violate contract-related laws and regulations, priority will be given to ordering from local companies.
In addition, Wanju County plans to encourage the expansion of local company participation by signing MOUs with developers and construction companies for large-scale private construction projects carried out in the region.
Furthermore, starting this month, regular monthly progress report meetings by departments and eup/myeon will be institutionalized.
Wanju County has been systematically promoting visits to new construction sites ordered by the county and large private construction sites as a measure to revitalize the local construction industry, actively encouraging subcontracting participation by local construction companies, the use of construction materials and equipment produced and sold locally, and employment of local residents.
