M,Contents is an application that provides content tailored to sales channel environments such as insurance, funds, financial information, and sales support services, helping customers receive higher-quality insurance and financial information.
Branch managers and financial planners (FCs) can use the app to utilize materials on whole life insurance and health insurance, explain trends, product structures, and the necessity of variable insurance to customers, and check specialized information such as variable insurance returns and financial market trends and outlooks. Additionally, when specialized consultation is needed according to customer types, they can obtain professional information on taxation, accounting, business succession, and the latest real estate hot issues.
The app also includes features that allow everyday communication with customers using mobile guides or electronic business cards. It creates independent communities for each sales channel, enabling mutual sharing of information and know-how and serving as a communication tool.
