[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that the number of new COVID-19 cases in Seoul was tentatively counted at 361 from 0:00 to 9:00 PM on the 1st.

Compared to the same time frame, this is 98 fewer than the 459 cases reported on the previous day (July 31), but 23 more than the 338 cases reported the previous week (July 25). The total number of cases for the entire day was 473 on the 31st of last month and 341 on the 25th of last month.

As of this time, the cumulative number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Seoul is tentatively counted at 65,193.
