[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyunjin] Samsung Electronics announced on the 1st that it will launch the 'Bespoke Wedding Club' in collaboration with leading brands in the wedding industry. The Bespoke Wedding Club is a service where Samsung Electronics partners with nine representative brands in various fields necessary for wedding preparations, such as furniture and wedding gifts, to provide benefits to wedding and newlywed customers.
Through this service, Samsung Electronics plans to build a wedding-related ecosystem together with ▲Hanssem (furniture) ▲Direct Wedding Preparation (consulting) ▲Hana Tour (travel) ▲Golden Dew (wedding gifts) ▲Seoul Shilla Hotel (accommodation) ▲Est?e Lauder (beauty) ▲Samsung C&T Fashion Division (formal wear) ▲Barunson Card (wedding invitations).
Golden Dew offers vouchers based on purchase amounts, and Direct Wedding Preparation provides discount coupons usable when using consulting services. Est?e Lauder sells exclusive products for the Wedding Club and offers home care kits depending on purchased products. Other partner brands also provide benefits such as discount vouchers and gifts usable at the time of purchase.
Samsung Electronics additionally offers up to 200,000 Samsung Electronics membership points per individual product depending on the model when purchasing eligible models at Digital Plaza or department stores, and up to 580,000 points when purchasing multiple products together.
Prospective couples preparing for marriage can enter their information on Samsung.com from today until October 31 on a first-come, first-served basis to receive benefits provided by the Bespoke Wedding Club partner companies. Samsung Electronics products can receive point benefits upon purchase by obtaining coupons on Samsung.com and submitting proof of wedding purchases at Digital Plaza or department stores.
An event is also being held where customers who purchase products or services from three or more Bespoke Wedding Club partner companies and apply will be entered into a draw to win accommodation vouchers for the 'Experience Room' at Seoul Shilla Hotel to experience Samsung Electronics lifestyle home appliances, and hotel accommodation vouchers for Hana Tour’s Cebu, Philippines hotel.
Hwang Taehwan, Executive Vice President of Samsung Electronics Korea, said, "As the wedding season approaches, we launched the Bespoke Wedding Club so that customers can conveniently enjoy benefits provided by leading brands in the wedding industry all at once," adding, "We hope this service will support newlywed customers as they start a new chapter."
