Based on these points, the Busan Gupo Regional Housing Association is actively recruiting members. The upcoming Gupo Bando Yubora Riverside will be built with 6 buildings, ranging from 3 basement floors to 35 floors above ground. The exclusive areas consist of 59㎡, 75㎡, and 84㎡ types A and B. Utilizing the 35-floor height, a view of the Nakdong River will also be provided.
