Green Union Association Sinan Branch Donates 1004kg of Love Rice Generously

[Sinan＝Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] The Jeonnam Sinan-gun Welfare Foundation (Chairman Park Gyun-bo) announced on the 30th that it received "1,004 kg of Love Rice" for neighbors in need in the area from the Sinan Branch of the Green Alliance Association (Chairman Kang Tae-myung) on the 29th.

The Sinan Branch of the Green Alliance Association held its official launch ceremony on the 2nd and shared the joy of the launch by asking that the total of 101 bags of rice (1,004 kg)?41 bags received from related organizations, groups, and companies, and 60 bags collected little by little by members?be used to help neighbors in need in the area.

Chairman Kang Tae-myung said, "We decided to donate rice by gathering members' opinions to help overcome the difficult times caused by COVID-19," adding, "We will strive to assist residents through various activities such as support for marginalized groups and cultural performances."

Chairman Park Gyun-bo expressed his gratitude, saying, "I sincerely thank the association members who actively practiced neighborly love during these difficult times, and I will ensure that their warm hearts are well delivered to those in need."

Meanwhile, the Sinan Branch of the Green Alliance Association, under the Ministry of Environment, is an environmental organization that breathes with local residents and shares their pain. It plans to actively protect the clean environment of Sinan-gun, composed of the 1004 Islands, as well as support marginalized groups through scholarships and neighborly aid.
