Com2uS and Gamevil Establish ESG Plus Committee

[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Com2uS and Gamevil announced on the 30th that they have established the 'ESG Plus Committee' to operate an ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) management system.

The ESG Plus Committee will serve as the control tower for ESG management promoted by Com2uS and Gamevil, playing a role in deciding key strategies and directions.

The chairman of the ESG Plus Committee for both companies will be Song Byeongjun, Chairman (Global Strategy Officer·GSO), who will take the position directly. Additionally, outside directors from each company have joined the ESG Plus Committee as members.

Com2uS and Gamevil stated, "By strengthening ESG capabilities through the establishment of the ESG Plus Committee, we will apply international ESG standard guidelines to our management environment and create sustainable value in the mid to long term."
