Hanla Co., Ltd. announced on the 30th that it will open the model house for 'Asan Hanla Vivaldi Smart Valley' in August and begin full-scale sales.


Asan, Chungcheongnam-do, is a non-regulated subscription area, attracting more interest than ever from real demand buyers and investors seeking alternatives outside the government's stringent regulations targeting housing prices. 'Asan Hanla Vivaldi Smart Valley' is evaluated as a new supply complex that offers non-regulated subscription, liquidity, and living infrastructure all at once.


An apartment available for subscription nationwide to anyone aged 19 or older


'Asan Hanla Vivaldi Smart Valley' allows subscription regardless of household head status or number of houses owned. Anyone aged 19 or older with at least 6 months of subscription account membership and meeting the deposit requirements for each housing type can apply as a first priority, regardless of their residence area.


'Asan Hanla Vivaldi Smart Valley' consists of 11 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors, with a total of 998 units all under 84㎡, including ▲244 units of 54㎡ (exclusive area) ▲351 units of 65㎡ ▲151 units of 75㎡ ▲252 units of 84㎡.


'Asan Hanla Vivaldi Smart Valley' is a high-rise complex with up to 27 floors, boasting excellent views.


Additionally, the complex offers openness with views of the river and the wide natural outskirts of the city. The proportion of exclusive area per household is high, and the balcony service area is among the best nationwide.
