Korea Financial Investment Association Selects 45 Long-Term Consecutive Top Recruiters as 'Green Masters'

A Total of 630 Outstanding Recruiters Selected This Year

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] The Korea Credit Finance Association announced on the 29th that it has introduced the 'Green Master' system, which is awarded to a select few among long-term consecutive excellent certified credit card solicitors, in celebration of the 5th anniversary of the excellent certified solicitor system.

This year, 45 out of 154 solicitors who have been certified as excellent for 5 consecutive years were selected as Green Masters, with the certification valid for one year starting from the 1st of next month. Green Masters are selected based on the card companies' own criteria, such as the highest member retention rate among those who have been excellent solicitors for 5 consecutive times.

Since 2017, the Credit Finance Association has operated the excellent solicitor certification system to improve the quality and professionalism of credit card solicitors and to establish a sound solicitation order in the card industry. This year, a total of 630 excellent solicitors (7.1% of 8,897 full-time solicitors) were selected, with the certification period the same as that of the Green Masters. Since the introduction of the excellent solicitor system, a total of 4,371 solicitors have been certified over the past 5 years up to this year.

Kim Joo-hyun, chairman of the Credit Finance Association, expressed gratitude and respect for the efforts of solicitors who led a sound solicitation order despite difficult business conditions such as COVID-19, saying, "We plan to regularize and continuously operate the Green Master system introduced this year so that it can serve as a model for all solicitors."
