This launch was promoted to provide a service that allows anyone to conveniently and safely operate unmanned stores, whose number of locations is rapidly increasing every year amid the growing trend of contactless and unmanned operations.

Caps Unmanned Safety Zone integrates all the necessary equipment for unmanned stores, including access authentication devices, payment kiosks, and artificial intelligence (AI) CCTV, making installation and management easy at once. ▲Convenience stores and supermarkets ▲Study cafes ▲PC rooms ▲Restaurants and cafes are provided with customized solutions according to the characteristics and scale of major industries.

A dedicated compensation service for unmanned stores is also provided as a basic feature. During business hours, it compensates up to 10 million KRW for damage to specific items, up to 10 million KRW for inventory theft damage, and up to 2 million KRW for cash theft. Outside business hours, it compensates up to 10 million KRW for theft and damage. If business is impossible due to theft or damage, it compensates for sales loss up to 1 million KRW (200,000 KRW per day), and if the customer suffers damage due to the store’s fault, compensation is provided up to 10 million KRW.

An integrated store management mobile app that enables store operation, video security, and self-monitoring is also provided. It allows real-time monitoring of store video and payment status, as well as a comprehensive view of sales, inventory, and other information. All payment scenes are automatically recorded by CCTV and can be checked via the app. Indoor and outdoor lighting and access locks can also be controlled through the app. A high-definition AI CCTV helps prevent various incidents, accidents, and crimes in advance. If the same person stays in the store for more than 30 minutes, enters a restricted area, or if a customer falls on the floor, the AI CCTV detects this and immediately notifies the store owner.
