With heatwave warnings in effect across most parts of the country, daytime temperatures on the 29th will rise to around 35 degrees Celsius, making it very hot.
The expected morning low temperatures by region are 22 to 27 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs are 30 to 36 degrees Celsius.
The KMA said, "The heatwave will continue for the time being, and tropical nights will occur mainly in large cities, the west coast, the south coast, and Jeju Island. Please prepare in advance to prevent damage in health, agriculture, livestock, and fisheries."
From dawn to morning on the 29th, some inland areas and the west coast will experience fog with visibility less than 1 km, and especially areas near rivers, lakes, and valleys are expected to have dense fog.
Meanwhile, the KMA reported that on the east coast, as swells flow in, high waves may strongly hit the sandy beaches or overflow rocks and breakwaters, so special caution is required for safety accidents along the coast.
