Publication of Jangseong Academy Lecture Collection 'Beautiful Resonance That Changes Daily Life'

"Beautiful Resonance That Changes Daily Life" summarizes and includes 22 lectures from the 1096th session in July 2019 to the 1120th session in January last year, for which consent was given to publish the lecture collection.

In addition, readers can encounter high-quality lectures by experts from various fields who are not easily accessible in daily life, such as National Assembly member Min Hyung-bae, PD Tak Jae-hyung, and Director Lee Yu-mi of the National Sejong Arboretum, through the book.

The cover of the Jangseong Academy lecture collection features the "Ginkgo Hydrangea Road" created in Hwangmir Land, which has been reborn as a local attraction through a "change of perspective" and is known as a hidden gem, attracting continuous visits from tourists.

The lecture collection can be purchased on the day of the lecture at the venue and is also available via phone and mail.

The county donates part of the proceeds from the sale of the lecture collection as scholarships to the Jangseong Scholarship Foundation, taking the lead in fostering local talent and promoting a culture of donation.

Governor Yoo Doo-seok said, "I am pleased to share the Jangseong Academy lectures with many people through the publication of the lecture collection," and added, "I hope it will be a good gift that can offer comfort and healing to readers who are exhausted and having a difficult time due to COVID-19."

Meanwhile, starting this year, Jangseong Academy boldly departed from the traditional method and simultaneously promoted non-face-to-face online live streaming and on-site lectures through prior reservation.

As a result, it achieved a participation of about 4,000 people in the first half of this year alone, receiving evaluations that it turned the COVID-19 "crisis" into an "opportunity."
