[Concall] SK Hynix "Chinese Government Conducting Final Review of Intel NAND Acquisition"

[Asia Economy Reporter Woo Su-yeon] SK Hynix stated on the 27th during the Q2 earnings conference call that "Antitrust reviews related to the Intel NAND acquisition are being conducted in 8 countries, and unconditional approvals have already been received from 7 countries." They added, "The last remaining country, China, is currently undergoing the final review, and we expect to obtain all necessary approvals in the second half of the year to ensure there are no issues with deal closing by the end of this year."
