NHN Payco Launches KT Telecom Bill Auto-Payment Service


[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] NHN PAYCO announced on the 27th that it will launch an automatic payment service for KT telecommunications bills using its simple payment app 'PAYCO'.


Previously, only real-time telecommunications bill inquiry and one-time payment were possible in the PAYCO app, but from now on, users can make regular monthly payments with PAYCO points through the automatic payment service.


The KT telecommunications bill automatic payment can be applied for in the 'Life' menu's 'Electronic Document Box' within the PAYCO app. It can also be applied for through the KT website, the 'My KT' app, customer centers, and KT agencies. From the month following the application, the bill will be automatically paid with PAYCO points on the payment date requested by the user. If the point balance is insufficient, the linked recharge account will be automatically charged before payment.


NHN PAYCO and KT will also hold a promotion to commemorate the introduction of this service. Starting from the 1st of next month, users who apply for the PAYCO automatic payment service for KT telecommunications bills will receive 3,000 PAYCO points.


An NHN PAYCO official said, "We are expanding collaboration with various private and public sectors to enable easy management of bills and notices through 'PAYCO'." He added, "Through the introduction of this service, we expect 'PAYCO' users to manage and pay their telecommunications bills more conveniently."
