[Asia Economy Reporter Tae-min Ryu] Daewoo Construction announced on the 27th that it will open the model house of 'Gumi Prugio Central Park' on the 30th and begin full-scale sales.


Gumi Prugio Central Park consists of 9 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 24 above-ground floors, with a total of 819 households of exclusive areas 84㎡ and 98㎡. The number of households by type is ▲84㎡ 727 households ▲98㎡ 92 households. The average sale price is around 380 million KRW for the 84㎡ type and around 490 million KRW for the 98㎡ type.


The Wonho District Urban Development Project Area (approximately 240,000㎡), where the complex is located, is planned to accommodate a population of 2,795 (about 1,075 households) according to the development plan. The Inno Stream ecological stream flows through the center, and Dulseong Park and Munseongji are located to the northeast, providing a pleasant residential environment.


Using the Daegu Metropolitan Railroad (Gumi~Daegu~Gyeongsan, scheduled to open in 2023) connecting the Daegu and Gyeongbuk areas as a single living zone, including Gumi Station on the Gyeongbu Line, as well as Gumi IC and Bukgumi IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway (scheduled to open in October 2021), Gimcheon JC on the Jungbu Inland Expressway, and National Road 33, residents can travel not only to nearby Daegu but also to regions such as Busan and Daejeon.


Within a 500-meter radius of the complex is Wonho Elementary School, allowing for walking to school. Gumi Middle School, Gumi High School, and Gumi Girls' High School are also nearby. There is also a cluster of private academies in front of the complex.


The subscription schedule will proceed in order: special supply on August 9, general first priority on the 10th, and general second priority on the 11th. The announcement of winners will be on the 18th. The formal contract period will be held for six days from August 30 to September 4.


The expected move-in date is April 2024.
