[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Samsung Card announced on the 27th that it signed a business agreement with the Cargo Welfare Foundation at the Cargo Foundation Building located in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul, regarding the vehicle purchase support project for cargo drivers.
Attending the agreement ceremony held the previous day were Jang Jae-chan, head of Samsung Card, and Cho Han-kwon, secretary general of the Cargo Welfare Foundation, among other officials. Both parties plan to carry out various collaborations related to supporting cargo drivers in purchasing vehicles.
In particular, the two parties agreed to conduct the vehicle purchase support project for cargo drivers through Samsung Card's 'Direct Auto' and to promote the vehicle purchase support project using their existing channels.
A Samsung Card official stated, "Through collaboration utilizing the capabilities of both organizations, we plan to continuously provide useful benefits to cargo drivers."
