A Total of 6 Sightseeing Flights Operated in August... Daegu Departure Flights Feature 'Okinawa Theme'
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] T'way Air announced on the 26th that it will operate sightseeing flights themed around travel to Okinawa, Japan, in August.
According to T'way Air, next month's sightseeing flights will operate a total of six times: on the 14th, 21st, and 28th from Incheon Airport; on the 22nd and 29th from Gimpo Airport; and on the 28th from Daegu Airport.
Among these, the sightseeing flight departing from Daegu Airport on the 28th will be operated as a themed flight under the title "Okinawa, Going to Meet You in Advance." All passengers on this flight will receive Okinawa goods that evoke the feeling of travel, and through an in-flight quiz event, prizes such as T'way Air blankets, pens, and USB drives will be given.
Tickets for the non-landing sightseeing flights can be booked on the T'way Air website and mobile app, with total fares starting from 111,400 KRW for departures from Incheon, 101,400 KRW from Gimpo, and 106,400 KRW from Daegu.
The non-landing sightseeing flights allow duty-free shopping without leaving the country, and on T'way Air's online duty-free shop, pre-orders for duty-free items such as liquor and cosmetics are offered at discounts of up to 70% on popular products.
