KakaoBank Opens Public Recruitment for Developers with Less Than 3 Years of Experience

This is aimed at securing outstanding technical talent to continue financial innovation through the convergence of finance and IT technology.

The recruitment fields are ▲Financial IT Developer ▲Server Developer, with a hiring scale of 00 people, in double digits. The target applicants are developers with 1 to 3 years of experience, and those without experience in the financial industry can also apply. The application period is from the 30th to the 8th of next month.

Only those who pass the document screening will proceed through a coding test, followed by first and second interviews. Considering that this is a recruitment for experienced developers, the process has been simplified by conducting the second interview immediately on the same day as the first interview for those who pass.

KakaoBank is conducting an open recruitment for developers with less than 3 years of experience for the first time, aiming to secure talented individuals with excellent development capabilities and growth potential even if their career period is short.
