Toss Payments Holds 'Virtual Q&A Session' for Open Recruitment Applicants


[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Toss’s payment business specialist affiliate, Toss Payments, announced on the 26th that it will hold a “Non-face-to-face Q&A Session with Industry Professionals” for applicants currently participating in the open recruitment.


This event is organized for applicants interested in Toss Payments’ open recruitment. CEO Minpyo Kim and seven current employees of the company will candidly answer pre-submitted questions from participants, and provide various information including business status and vision, work culture, and tips for applying to the open recruitment.


The event will be held online for about 90 minutes starting at 7:30 PM on the 28th, and anyone can apply and submit questions in advance through the Toss Payments recruitment website by midnight on the 27th. Applicants who complete the open recruitment document submission will receive event information via a separate email.


A Toss Payments official said, “This event was prepared to address applicants’ questions ranging from the rapidly growing electronic payment market trends, Toss Payments’ role and future, to recruitment information,” and added, “We ask for the active participation of those interested.”


Meanwhile, the deadline for Toss Payments’ open recruitment document submission is August 1, and they are actively hiring experienced professionals for a total of 21 positions including engineering, data, infrastructure, design, and security. Academic background and major are irrelevant, and applicants can apply even without experience in Payment Gateway (PG) or simple payment sectors.
