[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Joo-hee] Actress Kim Bu-seon, who has been launching attacks against Gyeonggi Province Governor Lee Jae-myung, has publicly expressed her support for former Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol.
On the 26th, Kim posted on her Facebook page a payment receipt showing a 100,000 won donation to former Prosecutor General Yoon. Yoon, a presidential candidate from the opposition camp, began fundraising for political donations on that day.
Kim wrote, "It would be an easier life if he didn't take that path, but it's unfortunate that he walks the path of wind and rain," adding, "Above all, I believe in his upright conviction."
She also left a comment saying, "I donated to a politician for the first time in my life. It feels good to support the opposition."

Meanwhile, Kim claims to have been in a romantic relationship with Governor Lee in the past, stating that they dated for over a year starting in 2007. In 2018, she also claimed that Governor Lee has a 'mole' on a specific part of his body.
To prove that he does not have a mole, Governor Lee underwent a physical examination at Ajou University Hospital in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, and has countered Kim's claims as "baseless rumors."
