According to the video, around 7 a.m. on March 22, driver A was passing through a four-lane intersection in Miryang-si, Gyeongnam Province. At that time, A's vehicle speed was 42 km/h, exceeding the speed limit of 30 km/h.

Regarding the accident, A expressed feelings of injustice.
